Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds prepares for summer tour
Though it’s been almost a year and a half since Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds released a new album, the 52-year-old proves he still has what it takes when it comes to performances.
He’s keeping up appearances with a slew of concert dates starting on May 1 in St. Petersburg, Fla., where he’ll be playing at The Funk Festival alongside Frankie Beverly and Maze. Frankie Beverly and Maze will also join him on May 8 in Jacksonville, Fla., June 11 in St. Louis, Mo., and July 16 in Atlanta, Ga., when his brother, Kevon Edmonds, will also be joining the trio.
Though Babyface will be flying solo for the majority of his gigs, he is scheduled to team up with Charlie Wilson at the Winstar Casino in Thackersville, Okla.
